Charles For A While Worked For His Brother Henry, Then In 1863 Took
Up His Own Place Called 'Maldon Farm' Next Door To James And Ann
Paine, And Just Across The Swamps From Henry's Springfield. He
Employed A TOL Man In 1863. Note: In the Capel Shire Book – Just a Horse Ride Away, Walter and Andrew’s surname is listed as Higgins. A common thing to do, to be known as Higgins like their siblings. ref Sheryl Knight |
