Frank born 1891 Guilford # 232 died 27 Oct 1975 in Bunbury W.A. f. James Levi Bentley m. Emily Scrivenger Frank, 'Lova' and Charlie photo taken prior to his embarkation on 8 May 1918. Private Frank Guildford Bentley 52131, enlisted at Capel, Frank's occupation was listed as a blacksmith when he enlisted. Frank joined the 28th Bn but later transferred to the 17th Coy ASC as a Ferrier. When his grandchildren used to ask him what he did in the war, he replied that he looked after the horses. ref.
